Frank's career as a Cinematographer has earned him 2 Gemini nominations for Best Photography in a Documentary series, "The Flight" & "Copper In The Clouds". Documented the Taliban uprising in Mazar, Afghanistan in the film "House of War" for Channel 4 and CNN Presents, won the "Best News & Information" award at the 2002 Banff Film Festival. Frank was also the principle photographer on the Emmy award winning series (2004) "Adoption Stories" for Discovery Health

Frank has demonstrated his versatility as a cinematographer, from filming on HD at 25,000 feet on Mt. Everest to documenting the cocaine war in the jungles of Columbia. He excells at the art of cinema verite and is an asset to any production team.

Everest, Ultimate Survival.

DP on Six hour mini-series that follows several expeditions to the summit. A five month shoot that involved a fall and spring climbing season in the Himalayas. An HD shoot that took Frank from base camp through the Kumbu icefall up to 25,000 feet. The series examined what motivates people to summit and followed their success and failure on the mountain.

Documented author Robert Young Pelton's journey through Afghanistan during US Invasion in 2001. Documented the cocaine war between the leftist rebels (FARC) and right wing paramilitaries (AUC) in the towns and jungles of Columbia. Followed the cocaine trail from plant to product.

Documented the Taliban uprising in Mazar E Sharife, Afghanistan. Led to the imprisonment of John Walker the American Taliban and the death of CIA agent Mike Spann. Won best News and Information Documentary at the Banff Film Festival in 2002.
